Remuneration: Unremunerated; expenses paid
Time Commitment: Approx. 2–3 days per month
Location: Hybrid, with some meetings in Woking, Surrey
Term: 3 years (renewable)
The Role: As Chair of Trustees, you will lead an effective and inclusive Board, ensuring strong governance while supporting and challenging the CEO and senior team as the Foundation continues to grow. You will also act as an ambassador for the Foundation, building relationships with key stakeholders and helping to strengthen our impact and profile.

Woking Office - Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking
Our Woking office is the home of the Foundation team - a collaborative, supportive space where we design programmes, build partnerships, and deliver national impact. As the hub of our operations, this office brings together colleagues focused on grants, youth work development, fundraising, partnerships, and organisational growth.
Middlesbrough Youth Hub - Meath Street, TS1
Our first Youth Hub is an open‑access, community-based space where young people feel safe, welcome, and supported. The Hub focuses on food education, wellbeing, employability, empowerment, and positive pathways - all delivered through an incredible team of youth workers and partners.
This space includes a training kitchen, collaborative zones and drop‑in support, designed to give young people the confidence and tools to thrive.
